This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded, experienced communications strategist to join a highly regarded, award-winning marketing and PR business to further enhance their successful track record of delivering client-centric business and brand growth.  Based at the company’s exciting offices in Liverpool and Manchester, this agency has an enviable track record of helping countless businesses to grow and achieve financial goals through the successful utilisation of the most appropriate communications methods in a wide variety of markets.  Working collaboratively across the organisation, the company offers a dynamic, experienced and innovative approach to strategic communications support, delivered with strong ethics and values to support client reputation, brand development and sales revenue.

Reporting to the founder and managing director, the appointee will be a key member of the senior operational team and enjoy the opportunity to contribute to the overall growth strategy of the agency, whilst guiding their team to deliver exemplary client service.  As a key member of the innovation PR team, you will be excited by the technology and innovation sector.  The individual will be a confident professional who through the leadership of the highly qualified, aspirational team will relish the chance to advise on all areas of B2B PR and Comms strategy across a diverse range of organisations including scale-up businesses, publicly funded projects designed to accelerate SME growth, purpose-driven businesses and acquisitive PLCs.  As such, cultural fit will be of paramount importance, as will an entrepreneurial and expansive approach to develop and deliver the company’s stated aspirations.

Candidates, ideally qualified to an appropriate academic and/or professional level, with a good understanding of Technology and Innovation businesses, will have demonstrable experience of client growth, team performance and market development, be results driven, demonstrate exemplary standards of work and be comfortable leading and organising experienced teams to deliver desired outcomes.  The individual will possess a high level of integrity, the desire to build strong relationships both internally and externally along with a track record of the development and successful closure of new opportunities.  The appointee will offer drive, tenacity, ‘presence’ and strong financial awareness coupled with exemplary communication & presentation skills.  Listening, influencing and negotiation will all be key competencies along with a positive, enthusiastic outlook which will engage others to deliver exceptional results.
